Check your Zoom invitation is correct.
My captions aren’t appearing on the screen? Check you have created a Zoom destination in the Line 21 dashboard; if missing, please create one. Next, please check you have provided the correct API token in Line 21 ‘Destination’. If the option for providing an API token is not appearing, please check your Zoom meetings and enable manual captions as per Zoom’s guidance.
